Cancellation policy

This page explains how one-time purchases, packs, and subscriptions work at Rich Books Store, and how to cancel.

Purchase options

• One-time purchase: you pay once for the item(s) in your cart. Physical books ship according to our Shipping policy.
• Packs / bundles: quantity offers (for example 1 book / 2 books) are a one-time purchase of that quantity, unless checkout also includes a subscription.
• Subscription: some offers include a monthly plan. If you check out on a subscription, your payment method is charged on each renewal at the price shown at checkout. The subscription terms are shown before you pay.

What ships once vs what renews

When an order includes a physical book plus a monthly digital subscription:

• The hardcover ships once with the first order.
• Each month after that, you are billed for the subscription only. That month’s digital content is sent by email. We do not ship another physical book unless you place a new one-time order.

Cancel anytime

There are no cancellation fees and no minimum term unless a specific offer at checkout says otherwise.

• Self-service: use the manage-subscription link in your order or renewal emails, or log in to your customer account and open your subscription portal, to cancel, pause, or skip.
• By email or phone: write to help@richbooks.store or call (302) 756-8001 with your order number. We will cancel within 1–2 business days.

To avoid the next charge, cancel before your next billing date. That date is shown in your subscription portal and renewal emails.

Refunds

• The physical book is covered by our Refund policy (30 days from delivery, unused, original packaging).
• If a renewal charged before you meant to cancel and that cycle has not been delivered, email us immediately — we will cancel that cycle and refund it.
• Digital files already emailed for a billed month are not refundable except where required by law or if the file was defective.
