MediaGoats INC d/b/a Richie Books ("we", "us", "our") ships children's encyclopedias to customers in the United States.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
All prices are in USD. We ship to addresses within the United States only.
- Orders $20.00 and over: FREE standard shipping
- Orders under $20.00: $4.95 flat-rate standard shipping
- Processing time: 1–2 business days
- Delivery time: 5–7 business days after shipment
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. Tracking is usually active within 24 hours. You can also use our Track your order page.
4. International Shipping
We do not currently ship outside the United States.
5. Digital / subscription items
Monthly ebooks included with a subscription are delivered by email. They are not shipped. Physical encyclopedias included with an order ship once according to this policy.
6. Damages & Lost Packages
Contact us at help@richbooks.store with your order number and photos if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit.
