Rich Books Store ("we", "us", "our") ships children's books to customers in the United States.
1. Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
2. Shipping rates and delivery estimates
All prices are in USD. We ship to addresses in the United States only.
- Orders $36.00 and over: FREE standard US shipping
- Orders under $36.00: $5.00 flat-rate US shipping
- Processing time: 1–2 business days
- Transit time after shipment: 5–7 business days
These rates match checkout. The amount charged for shipping is shown before you pay.
3. Confirmation and tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking once the order ships. Tracking is usually active within 24 hours. You can also use our Track your order page.
4. International shipping
We do not currently ship outside the United States.
5. Digital or subscription items
If checkout includes a monthly digital subscription, those files are delivered by email. They are not shipped. Physical books included with an order ship once according to this policy.
6. Damaged or lost packages
Email help@richbooks.store with your order number and photos if an order arrives damaged or is lost in transit.
