Use the Look up with order number form above, or open the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking usually activates within 24 hours after we hand the package to the carrier.
How to track
- Check your inbox for “A shipment from order #…” or “Your order is on the way” from Rich Books Store
- Click Track shipment or View your order in that email
- Or enter your order number (numbers only, no #) and checkout email in the form above
Where to find your order number
It is in your order confirmation email subject or body (for example, order #1042 — enter 1042 in the form).
Order status timeline
- Order placed: Confirmation email sent to your checkout address
- Processing: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
- Shipped: Tracking email with carrier link
- Delivered: Typically 5–7 business days after shipment (US)
