If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to return an item.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
2. Refunds
After we receive the item, we inspect it and email you the refund status. Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
3. Return shipping costs
- You pay return shipping unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item)
- Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
4. Damaged or defective items
Contact us at help@richbooks.store with photos and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost, including return shipping.
5. How to start a return
Email help@richbooks.store or call (302) 756-8001 with your order number. We will send return instructions. Returns are by mail to the address we provide in that email.
6. Cancellations of one-time orders
To cancel a one-time order, contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once shipped, the order follows this return policy.
