1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we inspect it and notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item)
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at help@richbooks.store with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost, including return shipping.
5. Cancellations of one-time orders
To cancel a one-time order, contact us within 12 hours of placing it at help@richbooks.store. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and fall under this return policy.
